There was actually an experiment conducted that converted light to matter and back! I didn't know that was possible, but it definitely has HUGE promises. I just wish I could get my hands on the book where the details were published, but I'm not sure I can find it. 8 February 2007. Anyone know where I might get my hands on that issue? Of "Nature", that is.

On the plus side, several of my ideas about light and time have been confirmed, which I find pretty amazing/upsetting/interesting. I wish I'd thought of them first, though-- Like the going around an event horizon of a black hole one. It looks like so long as any one energy is strong enough, it'll affect other dimensions in some way, generally the 4th (spacetime). Lots of kinetic energy? Speed of light, at which time stops. Gravity? Black hole, warps spacetime. Electromagnetic fields? If they're strong enough, I'm pretty sure they affect spacetime as well. I believe there's one machine in existance that can slow (or was it speed up?) time inside it using powerful electromagnetic fields. Interesting.

I'm tired and sleepy, so I'm not writing anything else. Science is amazing, though. So much more to think about. Say, if I had an idea, does anyone know where to put it forward?
